hey guys.... Sanjay Gupta reported medicare fraud on CNN but he is not involved in any fraud... I think the author of this post is confused and doesn't know the facts. This is how internet rumors spread... Trolling would be an appropriate word to describe the author of this post!

It is a great site- esp for guys (yeah you are right- these guys think everyone with the same name is the same person- it is like there can only be one Sanjay Gupta in the US) ! also has a link to another topper enterprises that looks very professional and based upon my initial reaction, probably the best program for me as I HAVE TO PASS NOW!-

Fortunately I can afford the $15K per step that topper enterprises now charges, but I feel for you if you cannot...anyway if that is too much for you you should try PASS program for around a total of $7K per month or Kaplan has a great name- for around $8K for the live classes. I was just tired of the BS from programs with no guarantee and had heard similar problems about topper enterprises that lynks/lynk1 experienced so I got my lawyers to review the topper enterprises contract- in fact my lawyers actually WROTE the contract and topper enterprises agreed to that- unbelievable amount of swagger and confidence- (i.e., my lawyers kept the $15K in an escrow account set up by us in our own city--that way I cannot lose anything...).

Sorry guys that is how capitalism works...the rich can buy their way to medical licensing success (and $4 million in lifetime income as a practicing physician!) ...and the rest suffer in silence...

THIS is INGENIOUS!

The topper enterprises Sanjay Gupta is actually from Yale and Case Western at Cleveland (my friend knows him). He is so brilliant and 'ten chess moves' ahead of us average people that he probably hired lynk and nindahgupta to write this FRAUD stuff.

This is FREE PUBLICITY for them and now people ( at least those with $15K per step or $750 /hour) are going to look at the
http://bloggerinstantupdate.blogspot.com/ site

and ultimately connect to the topper enterprises link ALSO at the bottom of the page!
i.e., not only does he guarantee a pass through a legal escrow contract (which any normal US raised capitalist- not someone from a crazy Commie or Socialist country, like many of your are) CANNOT BE CHALLENGED IN A COURT OF LAW and thus provides the student with protection.

i.e., now that the suspicion of FRAUD is raised, people will check and find that there is no such possibility...

THIS GUY- THE topper enterprises Sanjay Gupta IS MORE BRILLIANT THAN THAT RUSSIAN CHESS GRANDMASTER, KASPAROV! Now I am glad that I will take his course!

I am a current student of Sanjay Gupta’s topper enterprises course (not the CNN GUY!): I called them and asked about lynk’s /lynk1 and nindahgupta’s issues. Topper enterprises retort as a clarification (I am not making this up!):
1. The complaint

a. This person is one of the 2.2% in the population that had excess dopamine and serotoninergic neural activation in his nucleus accumbens (mesolimbic system) and prefrontal cortex resulting in both the positive and negative symptoms that he displayed as a student…he is not in the medical field anymore….and is not professional in ANY SENSE of the word….
b. As per topper enterprises SUGGESTION students submit escrow contracts by THEIR OWN lawyers for approval so as to provide a safe third party hold on the funds ($13K per step).
c. topper enterprises CANNOT access these funds UNTIL and UNLESS the student passes- PERIOD.
d. In fact topper enterprises attempted (a) to contact him with 86 messages on 8 occasions (text message, email and podcasts) for which he refused any type of response, and then (b) created specialized COURSE MATERIAL to deal with his impairments- again no response; topper enterprises assumed no further interaction, blocked his emails and phone messages, and (at this point) recommend that he stabilize his serotonin and dopamine levels in his mesolimbic and prefrontals, for both his and society’s benefit…
e. Finally, for the 17 hours of interaction and miscellaneous failure to respond, he accrued $358 in expenses BEYOND the $495 deposit. Seeing that he was impaired, refusing to respond, and refusing to seek rectification of his neurochemical imbalances, they viewed his case as a hardship case and decided not to pursue it further…
2. The TRUE STORY behind topper enterprises
So what does topper enterprises do? (i.e., for those with normal neurochemistry)? Most of their students are STEP 3, usually close to completing or have completed residency (with BOARD certification) …and have failed several times such that they MAY NOT obtain a license. They already have starting job offers of $12-18 K per month and may attain as much as $350K (e.g., cardiologists or surgeons). They look to earn $4-8 million in their lifetimes (see various income estimator websites) BUT CANNOT EARN ONE single CENT until they GET THEIR license via PASSAGE of STEP 3. While they wait, they are losing income as they may not start their jobs until they get a permanent license. PERIOD.
Bottom line FAILING IS NOT AN OPTION… I.E., they MUST pass and thus pay us $13K gladly to commence the road to high incomes- as stated above.
For those that are STILL in medical school, passage on first attempts is equally critical, and good scores also help… SO AS to secure residency; for those that did not match, STEP 3 is the ‘decider…”

Lynk has either excess D2 stim/ has antisocial personality disoderer/wks for PASS pgm or ALL OF THE ABOVE; i.e., LYNK HIMSELF IS A FRAUD- not even in medicine...

I did the search for 'sanjay gupta topper enterprises lawsuit.' ALL US PUBLIC LEGAL FILINGS ARE PUBLIC RECORD AND AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET. WHERE IS YOUR LAWSUIT- LYNK? If you had lost $13K as claimed, you would have filed a claim and it would post on public records for the attorner general of the state of NY where topper enterprises is located.

Please do not BS others further- some need help for topper enterprises- those that could not succeed (i.e., failed) with the BIG Programs- and you clearly never lost any money from them and for taht matter NO ONE HAS; you are an imposter with serious psychiatric, antisocial personality disorder leanings...

As a current student, I advise those that seriously must pass and want a TRUE legally authorized guarantee, to GOOGLE
'sanjay gupta topper enterprises'

and after you get through the numerous FAKE LYNK posts, you will find their website...

Lynk here, just an update

satyajit_k_md - 04/18/11 01:09" is a MORON.
- I am well aware of the CNN person who has the same name as well as a million others out there.

nindahgupta - 04/18/11 15:36
- i will explain.

enycity - 04/19/11 17:10
- this information is all incorrect. the escrowed funds were returned as per contract and i spoke with Jamie Simpson who set up the account at Escrow Specialists in Utah. Of whom I will call again to verify any contact information as I have tried reach topper many times, even left a msg today.

iv_diwana1 - 04/20/11 19:49
- It is NOT 13k and never was; it is the 500 dollar deposit for mailing material as per the contract. If it was untrue I am sure they would sue me and indeed win. However, as it is not and the amount is very small, it is merely principal.

To all others:
Note the derogatory structure of respondents and make up your own choice. You will get your escrowed funds back of course. I wish I was able to speak to those in person, i would bet there would be a different tone and action to say the least.
I do not know if contact info is allowed here, but I am willing to provide both email and phone to anyone wishing more information, also if personal contact is possible I am in for that as well, as I travel a great deal of the NW in both Canada and the US.
