What's the difference between an externship and an observership? Curious because I graduated some years ago and thought that I can only do observerships

Anyone???

Observeship: you are just allowed to observe.
Externship: hands-on experience, supervised, malpractice insurance covered.
Use search feature here to find out how to get either. Not many places have externships.

Yeah I figured as you described. I just thought that someone had to pay the malpractice insurance for you to have that hands on experience and that's usually a school.

But thanks I will search.
