which is the best screening test for renal artery stenosis

1.captopril renogram

or

gadalonium enhanced 3dimensional MRA
i think best screening test is renal duplex sonography---no iv lines, no dye or meds, takes captopril renogram--pt need to take med(captopril),less accurate when kidney function is poor or narrowing of arteries in both kidneys

MRA---low risk but require prolong stay in hospital
oops could not complete the sentence above.I meant to say that best screening test is renal duplex sonography---no iv lines, no dye or meds, takes less than an hr.
i think so but most specific non invasive test should be MRA .
