5 things are considered major criteria when evaluating an application.
1. When did you graduate?
2. Do you need a visa?
3. Your scores
4. Any US clinical experience
5. Any publications or research work.
Assuning you have graduated within the last 5 years and require a visa and have no publications and no US clinical experience, I think you can apply to majority of the IMG friendly "community-based" programs in Internal Medicine. If you can afford some extra money (and are sure you don't want to do this process all over again next year) I would say also apply to few backup programs such as Family Practice or Pediatrics.
