I have started preparing for CK.I am doing the first reading of the kaplan notes.Started with medicine.
Doing the books alone is a bit monotonous.So i have started doing USMLE WORLD in the first reading itself.
Is it advisable to do UW questions during the first reading itself or should i do that after i have completed my first reading.
UW is considered a learning tool.So will it matter doing it the way i am doing right now.

just do a couple of tests and judge ur performance
uw is a learning tool

but without a thorough knowledge of the subjects--ur chance of retaining fresh information wil b lesss---as in since u wil not b famiiar with it--u wil have to retai everything--which can get tedous at time---if ur done with ur notes for one time---u know the matter and uw helps consolidate ur memory---

rest is on how fresh ur with ur knowledge----

if u end up with a poor score--less than 55 percent---it wil break ur confidence

so decide for urself after a couple of mixed tests where u stand!!
