she is yelling , screaming an dyour job as a doctor is to calm her..

i said"hello mrs .smith,im dr.lane how can i help u today."then she ll tell u the p/c.the ask "can u plz tell me abt the problem of ur son in a bit detail",then same as other cases.......................Hpi n pam huggs foss n immunization n milestone hx additionally...
