A lesion leading to the inability to move the tongue and eye movement difficulties without causing other motor deficits most likely involve:
1. the spinal cord
2. the brainstem
3. the diencephalons
4. the telencephalon
telencephalon...frontal lobe
think again, and btw word tyhe telecephalon consist OF ???????????????

I think this pt has a lesion in medial medulla...so there is compression of CN12 & also pt has a lesion in pons...PPrf & abducent nucleus lesion...it seems to me that pt also has gaze parlysis.... Hope Im making some sense here...Im very bad with explaining these stuff.. ...jovana/anyone...plz help..Im lost.Smile
again..I cant explain why there is no other s/s with these lesion????
