Sorry, Vit B6 shouldn't be prescribed to PD patient.
Worsen parkinsoism.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Because of its incompatibility with levodopa (pyridoxine) Vit. B6 should not be prescribed to patients suffering from Parkinsonism or Parkinson's disease
