I have heard about them on testicles!!

when testicles "herniate" to the brain through "foramen testiculum" (lol), then you can find pampiniform plexus in the brain, wanna see a picture of that ?
you gotta wait until drr_drr edits a book with Netter's illustration, lol...............................
