Why is galactorrhea a rare finding in men with prolactinoma?
why can't we milk a man with prolactinoma??? anyone knows?
major side effects of bromocriptine?
ok ,the reason why we can't milk a man with prolactinoma is :

For galactorrhea to occur, there must be estrogen priming of the breast in addition to an elevated prolactin level, which is why milk production does not develop in most men unless their prolactin level is CHRONICALLY very elevated with suppression of testosterone release, elevation of the estradiol level, and gynecomastia.
u need estrogen!!!!!!
