A.agranulocytosis

C.Increased in PT
D.Depletion of clotting factors.

where is warfarin? or assume using warfarin..thanks!
ducicu pt is on asprin not on warfarin.
acturally, in kaplan book, it said increase bleeding time (antiplatelet), which makes sense at low dose. It also said increase PT at high dose...how to understand this? But for this Q, the ASA is used for post prophylaxis, so it must be used at low dose level.
To scorpinme :The answer is C(Appleton&Langes)
I couldn't get the logic here.
HOW ASA INCREASES PT,EVEN IN LOW DOSE?
Which edition of kaplan is that?
hi kor: I am using the 2002 version of kaplan, and it said increased PT (high dose) just below the increased BT (low dose). But I do not understand the mechanism and do not know how in this case increased PT with low dose treatment.
