patient came with progressive bilateral limb weakness of 2 months duration. He denied any trauma,has no systemic symptoms.No hx of DM or HPN.On physical examination he has bilateral flaccid weakness of power 3/5 in both proximal & distal muscles,depressed DTR,absent Babinski. Sensation is grossly intact.What is the likely Dx

a spinal cord compression
b CIDP
C poliomyelitis
d GBS
e polymyositis

what is the age of the PT
polio occures in childrens and is acute process
all the features are compatible with GBS so i say DDDDD
betting on D
dddddddddd as involvement of only distal muscles in polio
think guys think he has both prox and distal muscle weakness
