am36.. Thank you for the advise. That is actually what i started doing.
I would like to have your email if possible so we can exchanged missing slides we found on google. I have them saved on a folder, just started collecting them as I read through Goljan..so if am36 you welcome the idea then we can exchange slides and maybe this can save each of us time. i can attch them onto an email..since this is the only way i can get them to you...and if anyone else is interested ..then join in and maybe we can form a group and help each other out "Goljan misssing slides group"
