Have you done NBME yet? If not, I would consider doing to know exactly where I stand. Your UW world is borderline and I would consider postponing the exam. Please take my advice.

Agree with do_it score is kind of low... If you can't really bump it to at least 55-60% I would postpone. Better safe than sorry...
Even if NBME is high I would postpone 30-50 tells you that you still need to do some work on your reading and understanding before you jump in!
