metaclopramide is adjuvant w ergot whengiven oral-----however parenteral can be usd in acute-----
this triple medication is not effective i think. migraine is so bad, i hate it. its my real problem.
e. metoclopramide can be associated with triptans
b droperidol can help in acute attacks resistent to triptans
c. meperidina ( IM) or butorphanol ( iN) can be used too.
