MKSAP 14 Qs are too advanced but i think the concepts are very helpful provided we read explainations. Kaplan step ck is very helpful especially for pediatrics, i thought most Qs i got on my exam were exactly similar to those on step2 .
For CCS, UW is a must but I would also recommend ccsworkshop.com for online practice under supervision
