I've applied to 50 programs IM, got 3 rejections so far, no interview, my question is is it ok to apply for 10 more programs now or is it late? Can anyone help me with this?

I think it is ok to apply to more programs.. It is never too late. Also in Nov-Dec lots of IMGs cancel interviews if they get a pre-match offer. Thus interview calls continue to come in well into Jan.

I did the same thing - I had 50 programs and after a month of nothing, I applied to another 20 programs.
Now, two weeks later, I have 7 interviews - three of them from the original 50 and 4 from the second batch. I guess I'm glad I did, but it was a lot of money.
Think about another specialization if you're interested since it's cheaper to apply to a second field.
