I remember the HTN in hyperthyroidism is high systolic low diastolic blood pressure ( can't find this in books now), so, the answer should be 4. right?
the mechanism is thyroid hormons increase b-receptor sensitivity.I think
Thyroid hormons cousins of catecholamins------> work on same receptors-B adrenergic---->Tachycardia, increased systolic blood pressure due to stimulating cardiac B receptors.
