f pt, c/o left lower belly pain, 4/10 in severity. vaginal bleed discharge. local tenderness. hemodynamically stable. lab shows ectopic. us shows 2.2 cm adnexal mass. what do you do? methotrexate with follow up 4 days. or laporascopy?
