A middle age patient presents with history of tiredness, pain in his abdomen, and sexual dysfunction. Blood lab results shows a decrease serum haptoglobin, and a normocytic anemia with pancytopenia. Sucrose hemolysis test was positive. The patient's condition is most likely attributed to which of the following

cd 55 and cd 59 deficiency also known as DECAY ACCELERATING FACTOR DEFICIENCY

SO complement mediated killing of RBC occurs..mostly dark colour uring in morning..due to overnight collection

so its intrinsic defect and intravascular destruction.
