a 60 yr old woman undergoing surgical excision of renal cell carcinoms thrombus extending onto rt renal vein vena cava is occluded above renal veins increased venous pressure is noted in which of following veins/ a , ext iliac b, hepatic c, i ma, d portal e, splenic. plz answer with explanation

External iliac V-----> drains into IVC.

Hepatic V , is above the occlusion.
IMA, portal v and splenic V--they are portal system, will not be affected by occluding IVC.
