Warfarin and Aspirin is a bad combination of drugs to be on because of the risk of bleeding. This is due to:
1) Warfarin activates AT III, while Aspirin blocks synthesis of PGI2
2) Warfarin decreases matabolism of Aspirin
3) Warfarin prevents proper liver synthesis of clottong factors, while Aspirin increases bleeding time
4) aspirin increases blood Warfarin levels
5) Aspirin allosterically increases warfarin activity
