60 yr old man presents with difficulty in reading and walking downstairs which he attributs to inability to look down.pt looks around by moving his head rather than eyes and axial rigidity of neck,trunk,proximal extremities.he shows poverty of movements and dysarthritic speech.he responds very slowly but he has better memory and intellect than are initially apparent.pathological findings of brain most likely present in this man:
