yes you can upload as many PS you need.

No we cannot update eras cv but you can mention these updates in your PS. Or you can make your own updated cv and email it to your applied eras program during scramble.
guys can we make a PS.. and another letter (in the PS section) stating any "updates" since September...say a research experience update.. visa update.. etc..?
