if we have very less time left for the counselling and the SP is a smoker and alcoholic can we club counselling in the same sentences.. for example i see that u have been smoking and drinking alcohol ..... which both have adverse effects on heart and blood vessels.. ..........

of course,what makes you do them separately.
what advantage you can derieve
....they are more or less done together even if you have ample time.
