if somebody can tell me abut counselling cases...like braking bad news.., alcohol, smocking..asked alone..?? do we need to P/E in counselling cases.

The doorway instruction will tell u what to do. If the patient appears on gown u have to perdorm a physical exam. But if the patient is dressed up, u don't have to do a PE. MAKE SUR U READ THE DOORWAY INFORMATION WELL ENOUGH.
