You have to log onto oasis at ecfmg's website to see if your result have been dispatched from them. If yes you can try to apply for the test. In case you have passed, it will not let you reapply as you can only retake the test after passing.
It usually updates on wednesday /thursday night , but can get updated on any day. If its been more than three weeks you can check this eveyday now as it was not updated last week because of Hiloday.
