When compared with antidiuresis, the effect of drinking 1 L pure water can result in which of the following findings?
A. Clearance H2O > 0.0 mL/min
B. Clearance urea < Clearance urea for antidiuresis control
C. Filtered load Na+ > filtered load Na+ for antidiuresis control
D. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) > 125 mL/min
E. Urine osmolarity > Plasma osmolarity
Please answer with explanation.
A..

By drinking of pure water ,the clearance of the H2O raises to a positive number...it can cause a large diluted urine .(choice E is not correct).

By drinking of pure water.....Clearance Urea increases(B is not correct,)
Filtered load Na+ won't be changhed (C is not correc)
GFR won't also be changed (D..is also wrong)

Thanks alot maryam.
i agree tht A is ryt but y is D wrong?
the plasma vol will increase so more gfr will take place to filter out the increased plasma right??
