I found this site as an excellent website for physical exam, espescially for step2cs. You can save the videos in your PC by "right click" on the chapter title and using "save as":

I must say thank you for your woderfull blog. Its such an amazing help. It creates a feeling like the whole world is about the USMLE 2 CS (Relaxing in a weird way..) :-)
