Pulmonary wedge pressure 30 mm Hg
Left ventricular pressure 120/5 mm Hg
Aortic pressure 120/80 mm Hg

Cardiac catheterization was performed on a 51-year-old woman because
of a 9-month history of worsening fatigue and shortness of breath.
What is the most likely diagnosis based on the pressures shown above?

A. Aortic regurgitation
B. Aortic stenosis
C. Mitral regurgitation

it is D- mitral stenosis.

mitral stenosis - because of drop in LV pressure in diastole which indicates decreases ventriculr filling which occurs in mitral stenosis.

Along with what none has said,the high Pulmonary wedge pressure that indicated the left atrial pressure points towards MS.
