Please help yourselves by discerning the authenticity of some of the postings here. Some messages create a sense of achievement and then promote some commercial materials, to the dismay of genuine users of this forum. Most IMGs, like me, are willing to spend the money to buy the materials necessary for the Step 2 exam, but we do not appreciate being made a victim of false propaganda. Esp when there are a number of us here who genuinely want to help others struggling through the same experience.
