Management::::How do you work it up and treat it?
Do you always avoid sputum cultures and just do CXR with CBC?
Do you use the same antibiotics empirically that you use in adults or are they different?

Yes. CXR and CBC
EMPIRICAL antibiotics same.
Known or suspected diseases -- use specific.
I mean if you suspect CF, go with antibiotic coverage for Pseudomonas etc.
