Claro, get some1 ( on skype or person, same gender that no Romeo & Juliet shakespearean conflict on yr usmle study) and drill each other till one drop dead. On general pharm, I have many Qs on forum you can search and practice on those. You did kaplan general pharm, thats great now do Q, Q, and Q.
