glucagon acts by camp pathway..it is g coupled..but is it gs/gi???can some one explain me..thank u
Glucagon binds to Gs coupled receptor. This leads to activation of adenylate cyclase and increase in levels of cAMP.

It it was Gi, then cAMP levels would decrease, not increase.
