i definitely think its worth it. for step one i didnt bother and i lost points because of it. but for step two and three i aced the biostats part of the exam, in large part to uw biostats review. its really the best source for the subject... and it doesnt take long to complete.
if you want free flashcards and some basic info on the most commonly used biostats equations, check out an app called Epistats. i helped make this app and we're still working on it to add more features and be more aesthetically pleasing. however, its currently only on android.
