How androgen insufficiency occur in renal failure?
anyone???
I found this it kidna explain it :

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4397561/
from the above link :

"Hypogonadism in renal failure has a multifactorial etiology, including co-morbid conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, old age and obesity. Renal failure can lead to decreased luteinizing hormone production and decreased prolactin clearance that could impair testosterone production. "
