Brain, Spine and Pain Institute of Lake Nona and Pain Institute of Lake Nona is located in the heart of Lake Nona, Orlando Florida.  Also known as "Lake Nona Medical City".
This is an opportunity for an Observership in an amazing, brand-new, outpatient facility utilizing cutting edge technology to make a difference in the lifestyle patients.  Brain, Spine and Pain Institute of Lake Nona is a Neurology, Neurosurgery and Interventional Pain Medicine practice where we evaluate patients with neurologic, interventional pain management and neurosurgical needs. We offer diagnostic modalities like quantitative EEG, offer treatments such as in office interventional pain management procedures, under fluoroscopy, offer treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. We also offer in-house Physical Therapy. Our Neurologist and Neurosurgeon are affiliated with the University of Central Florida Medical School. 

Observership Program
We are offering a 12-week Observership program in Neurology.  This Observership is a great way to get firsthand experience of the United States clinical system.  This is an opportunity to help motivated for any medical graduates line about the US medical system first and strengthen the resume for US residency application.  There is also an opportunity to participate in clinical research for interested in qualified applicants.  A letter of recommendation "LoR" will be offered for candidates that successfully complete the 12-week clinical rotation successfully.  This is an unpaid internship and the program is totally free of cost. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Motivated candidate whose final career goal is to become a physician in the USA
  • Passing score of USMLE exams
  • Graduation from a medical school listed in the International Medical Education Directory
  • Fluent in English. Spanish bilingual proficiency is an advantage
  • Holder of a Green Card as we are unable to provide visa support for the position.
