Pathological J = seen 1st day (e.g eryhroblastosis)
Physiological Jaundice = after day one less 5 days = unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia = resolves on its own
Breast milk jaundice = after day a 5 days = stop breast milk and start formula = hyperbilirubinema will resolve, if not phototherapy
