diamond blackfan syndrome--------pure red cell aplasia. It is a normocytic and normochromic aplastic or hypoplastic anaemia, resulting from defective erythropoiesis and lack of nucleated erythrocytes in the bone marrow.

fanconi anemia--------affecting all bone marrow elements and associated with cardiac, renal, and limb malformations ---------its defect in soil. child presents early as this is congenital

acquired aplastic anemia-------its defect in seeds---------h/o of infection or drug exposure presents.
