Thank you for your interest in the Internal Medicine Residency Training Program at MedStar Union
Memorial Hospital and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend to you an invitation to interview with our program. As you are well aware, competition for residency positions grows each year and it becomes harder and harder to screen each application. All of our
faculty realize that the process of evaluating applications is an inexact science, and that there were many outstanding candidates whom we did not invite.
