TTP: deficient ADAMTS13...lead to decrease degradation of vwf metalloprotease ....lead to increase vWf multimers...increase platelet aggregation and thrombosis
TTP: FEVER, microangiopahic HA, decrease platelet, renal and neurological symptom, lab: schistocyte, increase LDH
