most IV's are sent after 3rd week of sept .. ppl with outstanding creds and sharp timing with application get IV's starting from 2nd week .. ppl chill. u will get IV's .. gd luk

isersons is a good book
bt mostly u need to customize ur answers on ur own and be confident and urself thats it.
nothing much needed for prep

@fm21 my yog 2009 ..... anyway dont know y im so scared..... when ppl on forum say they r already getting IV i feel so worried( im happy for them though)..... dont want to be left behind ..... though my scores r good when i see such wonderful credentials on the forum i feel mine r waste.......

hey guys, i think interviews so early are rare - some progs send them but dont distress if you dont get any. if its november and u still dont get interviews, then worry..but for now, try not to stress (as hard as that sounds)
