secondly i would like to know if we still need to order age specific preventive services like vacc even if the hx already says vacc is UTD. pls awaiting response. thank you!

vaccines utd don't include annual vaccines or 5 yr vaccines

Thanks doctam3 for your response. I will look around and hopefully find it. But then concerning the vacc thing, do you mean if for e.g a 68yr old px's vacc hx says UTD, one should still go ahead and order pneumovax, influenza shot, colonoscopy, psa and mammography(if woman)?

I got 65% marks in Fred assessment exam,which is present on usmle.org practice materials.
Can u pls tell me where do I stand on my prep. or what score does it predicts.

if pneumovax is utd.. no need .. influenza is yearly so if the case requires it absolutely, shoudlnt miss on it.. if its a preventive add on at the end .. its up to you if you remember it .. wont count against you if you forget .. same goes for scopes / mammograms .. if needed, do it otherwise if you remember to add it, great, if not, wont count against you

75% or above is recommended if you're basing it off the fred assessment for passing in actual test.
