finally done with the GIT physio..
Parietal cell Inhibitor---somatostatin.
Diarrhea..its normal anion gap ( caz of increase chloride) met acidosis and hypokalemia as colon secrete the K+. Normal Anion Gap Metabloic acidosis. examples ( diarrhea ,RTA).

last nite i lost my GIT physio notes and hv to do the videos from the scratch so am catching up with the FA topics now.Done with nbme 6 block 1 revison.
@ shigatoxx22..GL for UWSA .Yes, absolutely agreed, time is like flying...and ur finally awake but i think am still sleeping, loads of stuff to finish
am planning to revise FA at any cost today.@ usmle31dec.. sounds like a good plan,am only focusing on physio ,uw and FA.I havnt picked the date yet ,depends on my scores in UWSA and nbme.Will take it on sunday.IA

SUp RS im doing FA...NBME n UWSA..also very impt too do web path its very excellent ..i was able either to understand better or answer lotta ques with it
also just basic Ct scan anat
