do we give clopidogrel to all AF patients? can someone explain

not to all Pt's. those who cannot take aspirin, can take clopidogrel as an alternative.
combination of aspirin and clopidogrel is given to pt's who cannot take warrf.

For the people who have passed the exam, could you please tell me how helpful was MTB3 in passing the exam? Did a lot of the MCQ questions come directly from MTB3?
I always hear people say how useful World Q bank is but I'm not certain about MTB3.
I would really appreciate any help you guys could provide.
