hello Guys i know it is out of the forum discussion but is very important for my friend who applied for IM residency this year and got 3 IVs.The worst part is when he volunteer in USA hospital he donate blood after a month they told him he has HEPATITIS B in his blood so what is his chance to get residency if he he got the match.he really freaked out,so i am asking your suggestion or idea.

His HEP B status or whatever applicants have nothing to do with his chance for residency. That's his personal health problem(s) and is confidential.

Having hepatitis B should not affect your friend's chances to get residency. However, future residents are subject to a screening physical exam before starting residency and that might have to be disclosed.
