Thanks littledoc123! Can't wait to hear about your Day 1 experience. My main question is, did you get any audio questions on today's test?

Just came back..
No Sarah I didn't get any audio Qs. There were few slides but no audio or videos.

Well so basically it was like all other people said before..long,vague Qs..but I already expected that so I was prepared for a bad exam! 1st and 2nd block 38 Qs, next three 39 Qs and final block with 40 Qs. Biostat was easier than UWorld, not much calculation involved. But got three abstracts and two drug adds which had long sentences in answer choices. Every block had an abstract or drug ad.. For half of the blocks I didn't read full Qs and just answered by skimming through few lines otherwise I wouldn't have completed the test. There were few step 1 like Qs too like receptors, drug mechanism, metaphase/prophase (where I just guessed the answer). Many Qs were asking risk factors and prognostic factors. I didn't find any Qs asked directly from Uworld but similar concepts were there, content might be different.

I felt exam was more like step 1 than like CK. I didn't waste time on the Qs where topics were completely new to me, I simply guessed one answer and moved on. I become alert when Biostat question is thrown. Now in fact I think except biostat I answered half of the questions by guessing, I actually have no idea how I did

HI.
i have been a silent viewer and little doc i must commend u on your efforts to start this post in the first place, u have been a source of encouragement for me. i hope and i pray that u really ace this exam and so does sarah and everyone else appearing soon. my exam is on august 1st and fourth. i m just done with with uworld first time till now. i plan to do it again with some ck stuff. i have not touched mtb. do u think that i can pass it without mtb too or do i have to do it?
