weg granulamatosis:
C ANCA, necrotizing granulomatosis...pulmonary :wheezing, rhinorrhea, hemoptysis, epistaxis....URT infection....renal involvement RPGN(cresentic)
Churg strauss syndrome:
PANCA, GI involvment.....small blood Vs..esoniphilia, asthma, wrist drop
Bergers disease( IgA nephropathy): affect children young adult...2-3 days following pharyngeal infection, painless hematuria
Poststrep GN, 2-3 weeks following skin or pharyngeal infection
RPGN; in C ANCA: weg granulamatosis, Good pasture syndrome(GBM Ab)..and in P ANCA

IF: starry sky appearance( granular deposition of IgG and C3
