Sonam actually most Indians know hindi...even the ones raised in USA....so when u told us that u are from India we started talking in Hindi...I actually thought you would understand and would join in.....

so u r born and brought up in India?? then u shud be knowing Hindi (and telugu ofcourse!)....I have several telugu friends here and they can all speak hindi fluently....
After all Hindi is our matrabhasha in India....
