can anyone please let us know how to counsel on such things as structuredhome environment and precautions to be taken at home to avoid falls and unwanted injuries on an alzheimer's patient?if there's anything more do tell us.thanx

i guess you jus tell him that " I would like you and your family to meet with a social worker in order to assess your situation at home in terms of adequate supervision and home-safety measures. the social worker will inform you about all the resources that are available in the community to help people in your situation. i will remain in constant contact with u and your family to provide help and support".
